Mibet to Launch New Floating PV System at SNEC 2025 in Shanghai

Xiamen Mibet New Energy is set to make a significant impression at SNEC 2025, the world’s largest international photovoltaic (PV) power generation and smart energy exhibition, taking place from June 11–13 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai. Visitors can find Mibet at Hall 8.2H, Booth F680, where the company will spotlight its cutting-edge renewable energy solutions with a strong focus on floating PV systems.

Among the highlights of the showcase is Mibet’s G5 floating PV system, the culmination of years of R&D and field testing. The system is suitable for various types of water surfaces such as lakes and reservoirs.

.

In addition, Mibet has also carried out research on offshore floating PV systems, Mibet has joined forces with Xiamen Ship Material Research Institute, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited. This strategic partnership has led to the development of an offshore floating PV system, currently undergoing pilot testing in marine environments. The system is engineered to withstand harsh oceanic conditions while maximizing solar energy yield in coastal and island regions.

“Our vision is to unlock the full potential of water surfaces in the global renewable energy transition,” said Mr. Tao Chen, Marketing Director at Mibet. “By integrating advanced engineering, environmental resilience, and collaborative innovation, our floating PV solutions are poised to accelerate low-carbon development across diverse geographies.”

In addition to floating PV systems, Mibet will present a wide array of products tailored for different application scenarios including rooftop mounting structures, ground-based PV frames, carport solar structures, and flat-roof installations.

SNEC 2025 provides the ideal platform for Mibet to engage with industry partners, explore project collaborations, and demonstrate its leadership in modular, scalable, and high-efficiency solar mounting technologies.
