Sineng Electric and Shuangliang Group Join Forces to Drive Hydrogen Innovation

Sineng Electric Co., Ltd. (Sineng Electric) and Shuangliang Group Co., Ltd. (Shuangliang Group) have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. It will further enhance the company’s coordinated development across the entire “solar + storage + hydrogen” value chain and accelerate the construction of a clean energy ecosystem.

Wang Fagen, General Manager of Shuangliang’s Strategic Development Department and Li Jianfei, Vice President of Sineng Electric, officially signed the agreement on behalf of both companies. The signing ceremony was witnessed by senior executives team includingMiao Wenbin, Chairman of Shuangliang Group and Wu Qiang, Chairman of Sineng Electric.

The partnership will focus on the integrated development of hydrogen energy and zero-carbon industrial parks. Both parties will collaborate on building high-quality demonstration projects that combine renewable power generation, energy storage, and hydrogen applications. The scope of cooperation includes joint R&D on technology and equipment, development of zero-carbon park projects, operation and maintenance services, and international market expansion.

This partnership will fully leverage Shuangliang Group’s technological strengths in thermal management and integrated solar, storage, and hydrogen solutions, along with Sineng Electric’s expertise in power electronics and hydrogen energy. Together, the two companies aim to co-develop an innovative zero-carbon ecosystem centered around solar, hydrogen,and energy storage solutions.

Looking ahead, Sineng Electric will continue to accelerate its global presence in the clean energy sector. By driving innovation across the full “solar + storage + hydrogen” value chain, the company is committed to enabling the transition toward a low-carbon energy system and contributing Chinese ingenuity and Sineng solutions to a greener, more sustainable future.
