Tigo Energy, Inc., a prominent provider of intelligent solar and energy software solutions, has signed a certificate of compatibility with Haier Energy. This certification formally documents that Tigo’s TS4 Flex MLPE (Module Level Power Electronics) product family is compatible with selected Haier Energy hybrid solar inverters. The certification applies to specific single-phase and three-phase inverter models from Haier and is valid when the systems are properly designed and installed according to guidelines.
This compatibility aims to offer solar installers and residential customers a more efficient and reliable solution for energy generation and management. The integration of Tigo’s optimization, monitoring, and rapid shutdown technology with Haier’s inverters supports improved energy performance, system safety, and overall value for homeowners seeking smarter solar systems. To support the rollout, solar professionals across Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Switzerland are invited to attend a joint webinar hosted by Tigo and Haier.
Federica Cona, EU product manager at Haier Energy, stated, “We are very proud to share the compatibility with a trusted partner like Tigo Energy. This collaboration completes our technical product range and gives installers the flexibility to use our solutions across all plant conditions with full adaptability.”
Gal Bauer, senior director of validation, growth, and product management at Tigo Energy, said in a statement, “In a world in which devices are increasingly connected, true value comes when these systems can communicate and work together effortlessly. This collaboration to verify compatibility between Tigo Flex MLPE and Haier Energy inverters enables installers to offer streamlined, high-performance solutions, while giving homeowners a smarter energy experience. This is yet another example of how openness and interoperability can simplify solar and accelerate the energy transition.”
The webinar will be available in three languages — Italian, German, and English — to accommodate participants from different regions. These seven countries are among the top ten EU nations in terms of solar capacity per capita and benefit from stable, long-term market conditions supported by national policies, such as the European Union’s National Energy and Climate Plan Framework and the Social Climate Fund. The webinar aims to provide detailed insights into the certified solution and its benefits for residential solar installations.
