Vikram Solar, one of India’s leading solar PV module manufacturers, has secured a major order of 336 MW high-efficiency solar modules from L&T Construction. These modules will be deployed at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat, further strengthening the company’s growing presence in one of India’s most ambitious renewable energy hubs.

Under this order, Vikram Solar will supply its advanced Hypersol G12R modules built on N-type technology. The modules are designed with improved bifaciality of up to 80%, superior high-temperature performance, and minimal year-on-year degradation of ≤0.4%. These features make the G12R modules highly reliable and efficient, helping improve Balance-of-System (BOS) efficiency while driving down the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE). The result is a more cost-effective and sustainable solution for large-scale solar projects.

The Khavda Renewable Energy Park is one of the largest renewable energy projects in the world and represents India’s determination to scale up its clean energy capacity. With Gujarat emerging as a leader in renewable energy adoption, this project also highlights Vikram Solar’s role in advancing India’s green energy ambitions through cutting-edge technology and large-scale project execution.

Mr. Gyanesh Chaudhary, Chairman & Managing Director, Vikram Solar, said in a statement, “We are delighted to contribute to this landmark project. The region holds immense potential for solar energy, and this project will play a pivotal role in harnessing that opportunity. Each project we deliver is a testament to the trust placed in Vikram Solar’s technology, performance, and commitment to excellence.”

This new order builds on Vikram Solar’s recent success in the region. In May 2025, the company secured a 326 MW module supply order from Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) for the Khavda Renewable Energy Park. Together, these orders reflect the growing demand for Vikram Solar’s high-performance modules and reinforce its reputation as a trusted partner for large-scale renewable projects.

By consistently delivering innovative products like the Hypersol G12R series, Vikram Solar continues to support India’s clean energy transition while contributing to global renewable energy targets. With its strong track record, scalable capacity, and focus on technological advancements, the company is well-positioned to play a key role in shaping the future of solar power deployment both in India and worldwide.
