Canadian-based exploration and development firm Helium Evolution (HEVI) recently announced the resignation of its CEO Greg Robb.
Robb, who co-founded HEVI, has been replaced on an interim basis by HEVI’s Chairman Jim Baker, who brings over 40 years of resource development experience.
Baker said Robb’s leadership had brought it to “a natural inflection point” as the company shifts from exploration to development and production.
HEVI recently completed the successful sale of a convertible note of $8.3m to fund its participation in North American Helium’s Soda Lake facility, a joint project with North American Helium Inc, which is expected to commence helium production (and first helium revenue for HEVI) soon.
