Gautam Solar to Launch its ALMM & BIS Approved 635 and 640 WpG12R TOPCon Modules at REI Expo 2025

Gautam Solar, one of India’s leading solar module manufacturers, is set to launch its latest product — the high wattage 635 and640 Wp G12R TOPCon Solar Modules — at the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025, to be held from 30th October to 1st November at Greater Noida (Hall 11, Booth R-312).

Following the recent ALMM and BIS approvals for the 635 and 640 Wp G12R TOPCon modules, the launch marks a major milestone in Gautam Solar’s journey of delivering high-efficiency, next-generation solar modules for developers and EPCs.

Built on advanced G12R TOPCon technology, the 635 and 640 Wp modules offer up to 23.69% efficiency and industry-leading performance. Featuring 132 rectangular cells, these high-wattage modules are almostsimilar in size as compared to standard TOPCon Modules anddeliver approximately 5% higher power generation compared to them. These modules are easy to handle and their superior power density allows for greater energy output using less installation space, making them ideal for rooftop and utility-scale solar projects. This not only optimizes land utilization but also results in reduced Balance of System (BOS) costs and a lower Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE). With minimal LID and LeTID, lower degradation rates, and bifacial gain potential of up to 30%, the 635 and 640 Wp G12R ensures enhanced long-term energy yield, durability, and reliability.

Speaking about the launch, Gautam Mohanka, Director of Gautam Solar, said: “The launch of our new 635 and 640 Wp G12R TOPCon modules marks another significant step forward in our journey toward advanced solar innovation. With their high power density, these modules require less land area and reduce Balance of System (BOS) costs, making them ideal for rooftop and large-scale solar projects. Built on cutting-edge G12R TOPCon technology, they deliver higher efficiency, superior temperature performance, and enhanced energy yield even under low-light conditions. With enhanced durability and superior power output, the 635 and640 Wp G12R TOPCon modules represents our commitment to providing next-generation, high-wattage solar solutions tailored for most optimum land utilization.

Visitors at the Gautam Solar Booth (R-312, Hall 11) will get an exclusive first look at the 635 and 640 Wp G12R modules and interact with the company’s technical experts to understand the advanced engineering behind their design and performance advantages.

With this launch, Gautam Solar continues to strengthen its position as a trusted Make-in-India solar manufacturer, driving innovation and supporting the nation’s clean energy transition.
