Headwater Energy Partners With Pathward And BridgePeak Energy Capital To Finance 112.5 MWdc Gum Swamp Solar Project In North Carolina

Headwater Energy has announced a major step forward in its renewable energy expansion with the financing of its 112.5 MWdc Gum Swamp Solar project in North Carolina, in partnership with Pathward and BridgePeak Energy Capital. This collaboration marks a defining milestone for Headwater Energy as it continues to grow its Independent Power Producer portfolio and strengthen its presence across the Southeast.

The Gum Swamp Solar project represents a significant contribution to North Carolina’s renewable energy capacity. Once operational, it will generate enough clean electricity to power approximately 17,000 homes annually. Through this project, Headwater Energy continues its mission to deliver scalable and reliable solar infrastructure that not only supports local communities but also accelerates America’s transition toward a clean-energy future.
