Flares Energy’s Harshal Satav Wins “Leaders Under 40” Honor at Future Energy Leadership Summit 2025

Mr. Harshal Anil Satav, Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Flares Energy LLP, has been honoured with the “Leaders Under 40 Award” at the Future Energy Leadership Summit 2025. This recognition celebrates his remarkable contribution to India’s renewable energy landscape and his journey as a young entrepreneur championing sustainable development and rural empowerment.

Under Harshal’s dynamic leadership, Flares Energy LLP has emerged as one of Maharashtra’s fastest-growing renewable energy companies, completing over 1,000 solar projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The company is widely recognised for its technical excellence, transparent operations, and strong after-sales service.

Harshal began his career after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from IIIT Pune. His early hands-on experience in the solar EPC sector laid the foundation for the establishment of Flares Solar PV System in 2018 alongside co-founder Mr. Siddharth Thorat. What started as a modest rooftop and rural electrification initiative in Sakuri has grown into Flares Energy LLP, now employing over 90 professionals, many from nearby rural regions.

Flares Energy’s consistent growth is reflected in its associations with Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd. as a Channel Partner for Pune and Ahilyanagar districts, and its recent onboarding as a Channel Partner for Tata Power EZ Charge, marking its entry into the EV charging infrastructure segment.

Harshal’s commitment to quality execution, ethical practices, and customer trust defines his leadership. His inspiring entrepreneurial story was also featured on Josh Talks Marathi, where he shared his vision for a sustainable and inclusive energy future.

The “Leaders Under 40 Award” aligns with the mission of the Future Energy Leadership Summit 2025—to honour individuals driving meaningful impact and shaping India’s clean energy transition. Harshal’s achievement highlights his role as a promising leader steering the next phase of renewable energy growth.
