GoodWe Supports Cyclone Ditwah Relief and Recovery Efforts in Sri Lanka

In the aftermath of Cyclone Ditwah, Sri Lanka faces severe flooding, widespread power outages, and a declared state of emergency.

GoodWe, in partnership with Mega Solar, mobilized teams on the ground to deliver critical supplies like food rations, clothes, and clean water to 300 affected families.

“Our teams worked closely with local communities, connecting with affected families and offering support during a critical period. We focus on supporting both immediate relief and the long-term recovery of those impacted by this disaster,” said Kashif Kamil, Country Manager GoodWe Sri Lanka. “GoodWe stands in solidarity with the people of Sri Lanka during this extraordinarily difficult time.”

GoodWe Inverter Relief Program

Recognizing the importance of reliable electricity, GoodWe launched the Inverter Relief Program to assist customers whose solar systems were damaged by Cyclone Ditwah. This initiative aims to restore power quickly and ease the burden on families and businesses as they recover. Through this program, we are helping to reestablish energy independence and support long-term recovery efforts.
