BC Leading into Infinity: LONGi MENA’s Innovations Shine at WFES 2025

LONGi MENA made a significant impact at the World Future Energy Summit (WFES) 2025, held from January 14 to 16 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Under the theme “Leading into Infinity,” LONGi showcased its advanced HPBC 2.0 back-contact technology, featuring the Hi-MO X10 module and comprehensive “PV+” solutions. These innovations underscore LONGi’s leadership in solar technology and its commitment to advancing the renewable energy sector.

Value industrial and commercial customers, EPC customers and distribution partners from the Middle East and North Africa have shown great interest in LONGi’s latest Hi-MO X10. On the exhibition site LONGi signed MoU with distribution partners from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Jordan, and successfully signed supply orders for around 50MW projects with customers from Yemen and the UAE, which is another achievement after LONGi’s last Hi-MOX10 launching in Dubai.

The Hi-MO X10 module, designed for diverse distributed photovoltaic scenarios, delivers a maximum power output of 670W with an impressive efficiency of 24.8%. Its robust design ensures optimal performance in limited spaces, exceptional resistance to environmental challenges, and reliable operation over a lifespan exceeding 25 years

A key feature of the Hi-MO X10’s performance is LONGi’s TaiRay wafer, which uses an advanced RCz process for consistent resistivity, improving cell efficiency and yield. With 16% greater bending strength, it enhances durability and enables thinner wafers, reducing breakage rates.

LONGi’s booth buzzed with activity as partners and visitors eagerly explored and inquired about the groundbreaking technologies on display. The event provided an excellent platform to renew valued partnerships with our esteemed distributors, further solidifying our commitment to collaborative growth. It was a highly successful event, showcasing LONGi’s innovative solutions and strengthening its role in driving the global clean energy transition.

As one of the Middle East’s premier clean energy events, WFES 2025 attracted over 400 exhibitors and 20,000 visitors, providing a dynamic platform for renewable energy innovations.
