KenGen and Kenya Power reported robust profit growth driven by increased renewable generation, improved operational efficiency, and stronger electricity demand. Expanded geothermal, hydro, and wind capacity continues to stabilize Kenya’s power mix while enhancing financial resilience across the country’s energy value chain.


Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) has doubled its solar manufacturing capacity in South Africa to support utility-scale renewable projects.
