Pulsar Helium appoints new President to advance Minnesota helium project

Helium exploration company Pulsar Helium has appointed Cliff Cain as President to advance the development of its flagship Topaz helium project in Minnesota.

Cain joined Pulsar in 2019 with experience in commercial strategy, market development, and government relations within the helium industry.

He has also been appointed President of Keewaydin Resources, a wholly owned Pulsar subsidiary and fellow helium explorer.

Neil Herbert, Chairman of Pulsar Helium, said the news is part of the company’s broader initiative to strengthen its US representation.
