Japan Certifies IHI-ACME Low-Carbon Ammonia Supply Chain Project From India

IHI Corporation and several partners have received Japanese government certification to import low-carbon ammonia from India, marking a significant step in establishing a supply chain for cleaner fuels. The initiative aims to reduce carbon emissions and support Japan’s decarbonization goals, with plans for infrastructure development and increased ammonia usage by 2030.
