European industrial gases company Nippon Sanso is expanding its position in the UK dry ice market through the acquisition of Ashe Buchanan Associates, the holding company of Chillistick and Frozen Delivered.
The acquisition combines dry ice production and supply with temperature-controlled storage, fulfilment, and delivery capabilities, and also expands Nippon Sanso UK’s services through Frozen Delivered.
Nippon Sanso completed the acquisition through its UK subsidiary, Nippon Sanso UK.

Chillistick specialises in the production and supply of dry ice, serving customers across the industrial, medical, food and beverage, education and logistics sectors.
Frozen Delivered provides third-party logistics services for frozen food producers, including frozen storage, order fulfilment, picking, packing and distribution.
