The carbon dioxide (CO2) industry has moved from reactive testing towards a proactive risk assessment, as alternative sources continue to grow and contamination issues become more prominent.

“New and alternative CO2 sources are essential to a more sustainable and resilient future, but more sustainable doesn’t automatically mean less risky,” Dr Siegfried Mueller, founder and CEO of Analytical Science and Technologies Group (ASTG), told gasworld’s North American CO2 Summit delegates.
