Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (EIEL), through its subsidiary Suyog Urja Limited, has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth ₹228 crore from ARIE Energy LLP for executing engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) turnkey works for a 100 MW wind power project in Maharashtra. The project, known as the Ajani Wind Power Project, will be developed at Ajani in Shirur Anantpal taluka of Latur district. The company is required to complete the project by July 31, 2027.
The latest order marks another addition to Enviro Infra Engineers’ expanding renewable energy portfolio as the company strengthens its presence in the wind energy EPC segment. The project will involve turnkey execution, covering the engineering, procurement and construction activities required for the development of the wind power facility.
The new contract follows another significant order secured by Suyog Urja in September 2026. The subsidiary received an LOI worth ₹224.19 crore from Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL) for EPC turnkey works associated with a 180 MW NTPC Wind Power Project at Parli in Maharashtra.
Together, the two orders represent contracts worth ₹452.19 crore for wind power projects, covering a combined capacity of 280 MW. These projects support the company’s efforts to expand its operations beyond its established water and wastewater treatment infrastructure business and develop capabilities across the renewable energy sector.
Commenting on the development, Sanjay Jain, Chairman of Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, said the Ajani project represents the company’s second significant achievement in the wind EPC segment in recent months. He added that the order strengthens the company’s renewable energy capabilities through Suyog Urja and provides a foundation for future growth.
Jain also highlighted the importance of disciplined execution, technical expertise and the ability to deliver large-scale projects in expanding the company’s renewable energy business.
The latest LOI reinforces Enviro Infra Engineers’ strategy of developing diversified capabilities across the clean energy infrastructure ecosystem. Through its subsidiary, the company aims to increase its participation in wind power development and contribute to India’s growing renewable energy capacity.
