T1 Energy Officially Changes Stock Ticker Symbol From ‘FREY’ To ‘TE’ As Part Of A Global Rebranding Initiative

T1 Energy announced that, as of the start of trading today, its common stock and warrants have been assigned new ticker symbols on the New York Stock Exchange. Previously listed as “FREY” and “FREY WS,” these securities will now trade under “TE” and “TE WS,” respectively. The change aligns with the company’s global rebranding initiative, which underscores its strategic transformation into a leading, vertically integrated provider of solar and battery storage solutions in the United States. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, T1 Energy is focused on expanding its footprint in the renewable energy sector by streamlining its operations, enhancing technological capabilities, and reinforcing its commitment to sustainability. The new branding reflects the company’s long-term vision of delivering innovative and efficient energy solutions while strengthening its market position in the growing clean energy industry.
