NTPC Green Energy Invites Bids For 160 MW Jetsar Solar Plant O&M Contract In Rajasthan

NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited, has invited bids for the comprehensive operation and maintenance of the 160 MW NGEL Jetsar Solar Station for two months. The invitation for bids (IFB) was issued on March 28, 2025, while the Bid Submission End Date is 03-Apr-2025.

The scope of work includes the complete operation and maintenance of the solar power station to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The project is financed through NTPC’s internal resources. Detailed specifications, the scope of work, and terms and conditions are available in the bidding documents.

The bidding process follows a single-stage composite bidding method. The tender schedule includes a document sale commencement date of April 1, 2025. The tender fee is not applicable, and bid security or Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is also not required. Additionally, there is no requirement for a Pre-Bid Conference or Reverse Auction for this tender.

Bidders are advised to refer to the e-tender website for any corrigendum or updates related to the tender. No queries from bidders will be entertained beyond the last date of receipt of queries. NGEL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the invitation without assigning any reason. The issuance of bid documents does not automatically qualify the bidder, and all bids must be submitted online.
