The event brought together 17 strategic partners to explore market trends, policy developments, and advancements in solar and energy storage.

GoodWeek 2025 set a new record with 5,200 participants from 84 countries and regions, generating over 180,000 interactions. This vibrant exchange of ideas reaffirmed GoodWe’s dedication to innovation and its role in shaping a smarter, more efficient, and sustainable global energy landscape.

Middle East and Africa (MEA) Session – March 17, 2025

In Africa, grid instability and frequent power outages are driving demand for solar+storage solutions, offering a cost-efficient alternative to diesel. Advances in battery technology are making energy independence more viable. Meanwhile, the Middle East, with abundant solar resources and high electricity costs, is accelerating its solar adoption. This session analyzed market trends, challenges, and opportunities, emphasizing how GoodWe’s hybrid inverters and battery storage solutions enhance grid independence, provide backup power, and improve energy efficiency, advancing sustainable energy in the region.

Europe Session – March 18, 2025

Europe’s C&I energy storage market is expanding rapidly, bringing both challenges and opportunities. A GoodWe representative noted, “C&I storage is transformative. Customer needs vary, but GoodWe is prepared.”

This session explored key trends like self-consumption, peak shaving, backup power, and grid services, showcasing how GoodWe’s C&I storage solutions address diverse business needs. Discussions also emphasized energy security and delved into the cooling systems designed for different storage applications. Additionally, GoodWe’s latest product developments were introduced, prioritizing safety and integrating future-ready solutions. A partner presentation covered the evolving role of energy management systems in C&I storage. The session concluded with updates on GoodWe’s BIPV offerings.

South America (SAM) Session – March 19, 2025

South America’s solar market is surging, led by Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and Brazil. High solar potential, government incentives, and the push for energy independence are driving solar+storage adoption, despite hurdles like regulatory barriers, financing, and grid integration. This session examined emerging market trends and how GoodWe’s C&I storage solutions help businesses optimize energy use, cut grid dependence, and lower costs. Safety was a key focus, highlighting GoodWe’s AFCI technology, which prevents arc faults, ensures compliance with international standards, and enhances system reliability.

Brazil Session – March 20, 2025

Brazil’s solar sector is at a turning point, fueled by strong solar potential and renewable energy goals. However, infrastructure, regulation, and economic challenges persist. This session explored market dynamics and benefits of on-grid systems, such as energy reliability, backup power, and time-of-use management to cut peak consumption. It emphasized self-consumption optimization and minimal grid exportation. The session also introduced rapid shutdown technology, ensuring quick panel deactivation during emergencies, in compliance with NBR 17193:2025. GoodWe’s RSD 2.0 and Micro Inverter solutions were featured for their role in enhancing safety, performance, and reliability.

Asia Session – March 21, 2025

Asia remains a global leader in solar innovation, with GoodWe playing a key role. This session explored major market drivers, including rising electricity costs, strong policy backing, corporate sustainability targets, and energy security needs in Southeast Asia. The discussion covered C&I rooftop solar growth in Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia, the expansion of behind-the-meter (BTM) storage for peak shaving in Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines, and the emergence of AI-driven Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) and Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) models. GoodWe’s tailored solutions, including the GT Series and SMT Series, were highlighted for their advanced safety features such as AFCI 3.0 and efficient heat dissipation. The session also showcased GoodWe’s hybrid solutions, offering flexible, reliable, and cost-effective energy options.
