LONGi Strengthens Market Leadership in Southeast Asia with Hi-MO X10 and HPBC 2.0 Innovations

Since its launch, the Hi-MO X10 has been widely embraced by customers in Southeast Asia, who are eager to explore its technical capabilities. To showcase its innovations, LONGi hosted the Southeast Asia Tour in Xi’an, welcoming 103 guests, including 39 strategic partners from Thailand and Vietnam. During their visit to LONGi’s global headquarters, attendees gained insights into the technological advancements and value of the Hi-MO X10 HPBC 2.0, designed to enhance benefits for Southeast Asian customers.

Hi-MO X10: High-Value Product Gains Recognition

During the headquarters sharing session, Talisman Huo, Head of LONGi’s Global Distributed Market and Vice President of the Emerging Markets Region, highlighted the company’s strong presence in the Southeast Asian solar PV market, with an 18% share in Thailand and 20.2% in Vietnam. He emphasized LONGi’s strategic partnerships with over 15 key industry leaders and the successful deployment of HPBC 2.0 technology across more than 60 MW of projects and 20 installations. Huo also noted that LONGi’s commitment to innovation and a customer-centric approach further solidifies its leadership position in the region.

In the HPBC 2.0 Value Performance Data Analysis during the project sharing session, Mr. Nattaphat, Product Solution Manager from the Southeast Asia representative office, emphasized that “The Hi-MO X10 surpasses competitors on every measure, boasting superior microcrack resistance at 87.2% and minimal shading loss of 8%. It outstrips rivals with a 2.3%+ higher performance ratio in actual projects, leading to a quicker investment recovery within 4-5 years, especially in rooftop solar projects.”

LONGi demonstrated the advantages of their new Hi-MO X10, based on HPBC2.0, to visitors. Through interactive demonstrations, they highlighted superior power generation capabilities in comparison to TOPCon modules, emphasizing features like anti-shading and anti-dust.

Hi-MO X10 Projects and Marketing Campaign Experience Sharing: Building a booming market together

Mr. Poonavich Suppanich, co-founder of Heliotech Energy Solutions, highlighted their experience with a 1.28 MW project in Thailand, noting that end-users favor LONGi’s Hi-MO X10 for its superior annual yield, shorter payback period, and enhanced reliability.

Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan, General Director of Hoang Ngan Phat Electric, discussed the implementation of a 4.3 MW project in Vietnam. He explained that rising electricity costs and a commitment to ESG priorities encouraged an end-user to adopt solar solutions. Their positive experience with the Hi-MO X6 HPBC 1.0 in the first phase led to the swift adoption of the more efficient, safer, and versatile Hi-MO X10 HPBC 2.0 for the second phase.

Through these experience-sharing sessions, Southeast Asian customers’ confidence in Hi-MO X10 was further strengthened for a booming PV market.

LONGi awarded the Project Sharing Certificate to Mr. Poonnavich Suppanich, Co-founder of Heliotech Energy Solutions, and Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan, General Director of Hoang Ngan Phat Electric. Additionally, the Excellent Marketing Certificate was presented to Mr. Saharat Preedawan, Managing and Marketing Manager of Solar Wing Energy.

Solar Wing, known for prioritizing high-quality, technology-driven products, was particularly impressed by the efficiency of LONGi’s Hi-MO X6, which outperformed other brands. A presentation on the upgraded Hi-MO X10 by a LONGi Sales representative captured the interest of Solar Wing’s CEO, leading the company to actively promote this product to its customers.

The Hi-MO X10 LONGi Tour in Southeast Asia was a resounding success, exceeding all expectations and greatly enriching those who attended. Taking place in Xi’an, the event showcased LONGi’s HPBC 2.0 technology, impressing strategic partners and clients with its potential to transform the region’s solar industry. Through demonstrations of innovative solutions and customer-focused operations, LONGi not only validated its leadership in the market but also reinforced the groundwork for continued growth in Southeast Asia’s thriving solar sector.
