From its humble beginnings in a 10×10 room in Amravati, ECE has grown into a national solar powerhouse. The Pune office represents more than physical expansion—it reflects the passion, resilience, and unity of the entire ECE team.

The event was graced by Dr. Girish Kulkarni, Founder – Snehalaya, whose inspiring speech on compassionate leadership and societal duty deeply moved the audience. His words deeply resonated with ECE’s mission to grow with integrity and compassion. Also present were Dr. Yogesh Pawar, Founder – School of Inspirational Leadership, and Mr. Amit Arokar, Founder & Managing Director, ECE Group of Companies.

Mr. Aniket Tondare, Director – Sales, expressed heartfelt gratitude during the event, saying, “If you are good, you will get connected with good people. This milestone is not just the directors’ achievement—it belongs equally to every teammate who has walked this journey with us.” He also highlighted ECE’s manufacturing strength, stating, “At present, we have 450 MW of production capacity, and within the next two months, a new 1.2 GW factory will be operational, taking our capabilities to the next level.”

Mr. Atul Meshram, VP – Sales, emphasized, “The Pune office is a strategic step toward strengthening PAN India operations. It will play a pivotal role in driving sales and service delivery across regions.”

Mr. Subodh Pitkar, VP – HR & Admin, shared an exciting vision: “Following Pune, we plan to open a Mumbai office next year, followed by expansion to other Indian cities. We also have plans in motion for cross-border offices to take the ECE brand global.”

ECE’s offerings span TOPCon, Mono PERC, Polycrystalline, DCR, and Non-DCR solar modules, along with turnkey EPC solutions for industrial, commercial, residential, and government projects.

The company’s social arm, the ECE India Foundation, continues to work for inclusive progress under its Panch Sutri framework: Education, Environment, Employment, Health, and Shelter.

The Pune office inauguration is not just a new address—it is a bold step toward national leadership, global aspirations, and a sustainable, empowered future for all.
