ACME Solar Appoints Rahul Kaushik As Head Of Process Transformation To Strengthen Governance, Risk Management, And Operational Excellence

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd has appointed Rahul Kaushik as Head of Process Transformation, reinforcing the company’s focus on building strong, future-ready processes and governance frameworks across its rapidly expanding renewable energy portfolio. In his new role, Rahul will work closely with the leadership team to optimise business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen risk management and internal controls, supporting the company’s next phase of growth.

Rahul brings nearly two decades of experience in internal audit and risk advisory, having advised Boards, Audit Committees, investors, and CXOs on improving governance and internal control environments. Over the course of his career, he has led engagements at large Indian conglomerates, listed companies, and multinational organisations, with sector experience spanning renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and the food and beverage industry.

Before joining ACME Solar, Rahul headed the Internal Audit function at O2 Power and has previously worked with prominent consulting firms such as Ernst & Young, KPMG, and Grant Thornton. During his tenure at these organisations, he led numerous engagements in internal audit, risk management, ICFR/IFC compliance, and process design. His extensive expertise in internal audit, risk, and process transformation, particularly in the renewable energy sector, is expected to play a critical role as ACME Solar scales its operations and institutionalises robust governance frameworks.

In his new position, Rahul will focus on designing agile, standardised, and digitally enabled processes that align with ACME Solar’s growth ambitions and deliver sustainable long-term value to all stakeholders. His work will be integral to strengthening the company’s operational resilience while ensuring transparency and efficiency across its business functions. With this appointment, ACME Solar underscores its ongoing commitment to implementing strong governance, best-in-class risk management, and transparent processes as it continues to accelerate its contribution to India’s energy transition.
