ACME Solar Earns CRISIL A+ Rating For ₹350 Cr Bank Loan Facilities

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has informed the stock exchanges about its latest credit rating from CRISIL Ratings for its bank loan facilities. This update was shared under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The company communicated this information to the Compliance Manager at BSE Limited and the Listing Department at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited to keep stakeholders informed about its financial position.

CRISIL has assigned ACME Solar a rating of A+ with a Positive outlook, indicating strong financial health and the potential for future upgrades based on performance and market conditions. This rating highlights ACME Solar’s stability in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar power. A strong credit rating enhances its ability to raise funds and supports future growth in India’s expanding clean energy market.
