Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has announced the incorporation of a new step-down subsidiary, Adani Hydro Energy Five Limited (AHE5L). This move aligns with the company’s vision of expanding its renewable energy portfolio.
AHE5L, fully owned by Adani Saur Urja (KA) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AGEL, was registered on November 26, 2024, with the Registrar of Companies in Gujarat. The entity has an authorized and paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000 and is set to operate in the renewable energy sector, focusing on power generation using wind, solar, and other green energy sources.
