AEME Redefines Energy Storage with ESS-SYS-100/215L-Y Battery System

In the pursuit of scalable, intelligent, and quiet energy storage solutions, Sichuan Aviation Electrical Micro Energy Co., Ltd. presents the ESS-SYS-100/215L-Y—a high-performance Silent Integrated Battery Energy Storage System featuring advanced liquid cooling technology. Purpose-built to meet the dynamic requirements of modern energy infrastructure, this system delivers superior performance in a compact, secure, and ultra-quiet design.

Compact, Powerful, and Ultra-Quiet

With a footprint of just 1.56㎡, the ESS-SYS-100/215L-Y is designed for flexible installation, accommodating both side-by-side and back-to-back configurations. Its ultra-quiet operation, achieved through a low-noise PCS and optimized air conditioning system, maintains sound levels below 55dB, making it ideal for urban and sensitive environments.

Intelligent Digital Management

At its core, the system integrates a Battery Management System (BMS), Power Conversion System (PCS), and Energy Management System (EMS)—all managed through cloud-based connectivity. This full-lifecycle digital oversight ensures enhanced system reliability, real-time diagnostics, and predictive maintenance. With an impressive efficiency of over 91%, the system delivers optimal energy output and operational cost-effectiveness.

Advanced Safety and Fire Protection

Safety is a cornerstone of the ESS-SYS-100/215L-Y. It features dual-layer monitoring, emergency stop functions, remote shutdown, and a compound fire protection system that includes both active and water-based suppression. Designed with explosion-proof and relief mechanisms, and utilizing perfluorohexanone gas for extinguishing, it ensures high safety standards even in demanding conditions.

Environmentally Adaptable and Communicative

The system operates reliably across temperatures from -30°C to 55°C and at altitudes up to 4000 meters (with derating above 2000m). It supports various communication interfaces (CAN, RS485, Ethernet, 4G) and protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP and MQTT, allowing for seamless integration into existing infrastructures.

The ESS-SYS-100/215L-Y stands as a future-ready solution, blending intelligent design, high efficiency, robust safety, and versatile adaptability—ideal for meeting the growing energy demands of industrial, commercial, and urban applications.
