AI and space industries set to drive next wave of specialty gas demand, says Messer CEO | Specialty Gases | gasworld

The rapid growth of artificial intelligence and commercial space programmes is creating a new wave of demand for high-purity industrial gases, according to Messer CEO Bernd Eulitz.

Speaking at gasworld’s Specialty Gas Summit, Eulitz said semiconductor manufacturing and satellite launches are becoming two of the industry’s most important growth drivers.

“The launches of the space industry are increasing at a speed that is phenomenal,” he said.
