Anza, a leading platform in solar and energy storage development and supply chain solutions, has launched Energy Storage Pro, a pioneering data and analytics subscription platform designed to streamline and optimize energy storage project development. The platform addresses longstanding challenges in the grid-scale storage sector, where rising energy demand—fueled by the growth of data centers and AI—has made efficient and reliable energy storage more critical than ever.

Developers have traditionally faced delays and inefficiencies due to manual processes, limited access to accurate supplier data, and reliance on a narrow set of integrators. Energy Storage Pro eliminates these bottlenecks by offering real-time access to supplier-provided pricing, product specifications, lifecycle costs, and comparison tools for more than 20 battery suppliers, including both domestic and non-Chinese options.

The platform includes over 150 data fields covering technical, commercial, performance, safety, and supply chain characteristics for batteries, power conversion systems (PCS), and full system configurations. Users can download key documentation such as single-line diagrams and financial models, accelerating project evaluation and execution. With its side-by-side system comparison feature, users can assess up to four systems across multiple parameters, helping to speed up due diligence and decision-making. Additionally, Energy Storage Pro offers lifecycle cost modeling using supplier CapEx and OpEx data, enabling more accurate project financial planning and improved bid competitiveness.

Mike Hall, CEO of Anza, said in a statement, “Energy Storage Pro fills a massive gap in the energy storage market. Until now, developers have had to rely on hard-to-get, quickly outdated pricing, siloed non-standardized product and supplier data, expensive consultants, and manual processes. With Energy Storage Pro, teams can instantly access the most comprehensive data and analytics platform in the industry, saving weeks or even months of time and dramatically improving project outcomes.”

Joe O’Brien, Director of Battery Storage at GridBeyond, an Anza energy storage beta customer, stated, “Partnering with Anza has revolutionized our battery storage development. Using the data and OEM insights enables us to evaluate multiple battery configurations in seconds. This precision empowers us to size and price projects confidently for our customers and partners, strengthening our economic models and boosting investor trust.”

“By leveraging the Anza platform, we can eliminate weeks of back-and-forth with manufacturers, significantly reducing our data collection time,” commented Dennis Loria, Manager of Project Development, MMR/SouthWestern Power Group, an Anza energy storage beta customer.

Advanced filtering tools allow users to narrow system choices based on over 30 criteria, including certification standards, PCS compatibility, and country of origin, which helps identify suitable configurations quickly. The platform also provides clarity on domestic content and IRS eligibility by evaluating component origin and automatically calculating the potential investment tax credit (ITC) benefit.

This launch follows Anza’s 2023 debut of its solar data and analytics platform, which has already delivered significant time savings and risk reduction for solar developers, EPCs, and utilities. With Energy Storage Pro, Anza extends its impact, empowering energy players to make faster, smarter, and more profitable development decisions in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
