Compressed air and vacuum solutions company Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of the assets of the Stainless Design Concepts (SDC) division from CVD Equipment Corporation.
Atlas Copco bought the company for around $16.9m to enhance its range of gas, vapor, and liquid delivery systems, which it describes as its “core business”.
Headquartered in New York, CVD designs and implements distribution frameworks for producing and researching gas and liquid chemicals.
Its SDC business focuses on manufacturing and distribution networks for gas and liquid chemicals to support semiconductor and industrial applications.
