Compressed air and vacuum solutions company Atlas Copco has finalised its acquisition of Chinese heating and cooling equipment manufacturer Euroklimat Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration (Guangdong Euroklimat).
Guangdong Euroklimat is based in Guangdong Province, southern China, with factory and assembly plants located in Tianjin, southeast of Beijing in northern China.
It provides heating and cooling solutions compatible with industrial processes, including process cooling and energy conversion.
In 2025, Guangdong Euroklimat generated revenues of approximately ¥ 1.28bn ($191m). The purchase price was not disclosed.
Philippe Ernens, Business Area President, Compressor Technique, said the company will be a fit for the group due to its strong local presence in China, technology, and entrepreneurial culture.
The company is now part of the Oil-free Air division within Atlas Copco’s compressor technique business area, which provides compressed air and gas solutions through a global network.
Atlas Copco has made North American compressor-focused acquisitions in , , and of this year.
