Compliant & Secure Operations: DeyeCloud India Data Center Redefines Green Energy Standards

Deye as a global new energy technology enterprise, has deployed DeyeCloud data centers in Europe and the Americas. The DeyeCloud data center in India has been fully deployed and is poised to commence operations, primarily supporting the DeyeCloud system—a cloud-based management platform for photovoltaic inverters and related equipment. This system complies with India’s regulatory requirements for power grid integration, cybersecurity, and data protection. While enabling online device management and grid connectivity capabilities, it prioritizes user privacy and system security, strictly adhering to compliance principles.

When collecting, processing, and transferring personal data in India, Deye strictly adheres to the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 to safeguard user rights and fulfill corresponding responsibilities. All collected personal data and device data are stored on servers located within India. Concurrently, Deye upholds the principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, and transparency, providing users with convenient channels to request access to or deletion of their data. Data deletion is carried out only when it is deemed reasonable and in compliance with legal requirements.

In accordance with cybersecurity guidelines and standards issued by CERT-In (Computer Emergency Response Team-India), Deye has established a 7*24h security operations, reporting and response system. This system encompasses log retention, incident reporting channels, and an initial reporting mechanism within aspecified time limit, ensuring rapid and compliant handling of network or security incidents when they occur.

Deye has obtained international authoritative certifications such as ISO27001 (Information Security Management), ISO27701 (Privacy Information Management), and ISO9001 (Quality Management), fully demonstrating its professional level in information security, privacy protection, and quality control. In accordance with local regulations in India, Deye will regularly conduct compliance assessments, third-party audits, and security checks to continuously improve security and compliance status.

The DeyeCloud system adopts a flexible and scalable architecture, integrating multi-layer access control mechanisms and real-time security monitoring systems to provide reliable data security. It is continuously upgraded and optimized, aiming to delivering secure, efficient, and energy-efficient cloud platform solutions. Whether you operate in India or global markets, Deye ensures your business thrives seamlessly with the highest standards, achieving the dual goals of technological empowerment and green operations!
