Darin Green Joins ARRAY Technologies As Chief Revenue Officer For North America’s Revenue

ARRAY Technologies, a top provider of tracker solutions for utility-scale solar projects, has appointed Darin Green as Chief Revenue Officer for North America, effective January 6. Green will report directly to CEO Kevin G. Hostetler. With over 30 years of experience in the renewables and energy sectors, Green has a proven history of driving revenue growth and building strong collaborations among diverse stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Darin Green will lead ARRAY’s revenue-generating efforts in North America, including sales, business development, and strategic partnerships. His priorities include driving growth, expanding ARRAY’s market reach, and maintaining the company’s leadership in the renewable energy sector.

Hostetler mentioned, “Darin’s expertise in aligning global commercial strategies with customer needs, and his ability to lead high-performing teams, will be instrumental as ARRAY continues to scale and innovate. His extensive experience in the renewable energy space and his passion for customer-centric growth makes him an excellent addition to ARRAY’s leadership team.”

Green has joined ARRAY after 14 years at First Solar, where he held several senior leadership roles. Most recently, he led global allocation and strategy, managing supply-demand strategies, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth through innovative business models.

He also helped launch and expand First Solar’s distributed generation business while overseeing global accounts and analytics. Earlier in his career, Green gained experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and energy trading, offering a well-rounded business perspective. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Michigan.
