GoldenPeaks Capital, a leading independent green energy producer in Europe, has strengthened its presence in Poland’s solar energy sector by acquiring 400 MW of ready-to-build (RTB) solar assets between December 2024 and January 2025. Known for its rapid growth and extensive portfolio, GoldenPeaks Capital is a significant player in renewable energy, with a strong footprint in Poland and Hungary.

Adriano Agosti, Founder and President of GoldenPeaks Capital, stated “These further acquisitions confirm our firm base of execution, with the aim of exceeding 1GW of solar projects in Poland in 2025.”

The newly acquired projects include a mix of planned purchases and self-developed initiatives, with most sites located in western and northwestern Poland. These projects vary in size, with capacities reaching up to 58 MW, and some are distributed across other parts of the country. GoldenPeaks Capital’s internal development pipeline now stands at approximately 1.7 GW. The company aims to further expand its Polish portfolio by adding an additional 300 MW of RtB projects by the end of Q1 2025.
