The Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) has invited bids for the design, engineering, procurement, supply, construction, commissioning, and comprehensive operation and maintenance of a 9 MW (AC) grid-connected ground-mounted solar power plant. This project will be developed on government land in Palamu District, Jharkhand, and will operate for 25 years.
The estimated cost of the project is ₹92.97 crore, with a completion timeline of 12 months. The Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) was published on March 26, 2025, and interested bidders must submit their online bids by April 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened on April 23, 2025.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 4, 2025, to address queries from potential bidders. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) requirements have been outlined in the tender documents, and the bid fee, along with the EMD, must be submitted online via the SBI Payment Gateway by the bid submission deadline.
The tender is being overseen by the Director of JREDA, with the agency’s office located on the third floor of the SLDC Building in Kusai Colony, Doranda, Ranchi.
