KEC International Reports INR 5,024 Crore Revenue in Q1 FY27, Order Book and L1 Position Exceed INR 40,000 Crore

KEC International Limited, an RPG Group company and global infrastructure EPC player, reported consolidated revenue of ₹5,024 crore for the first quarter of FY27 ended June 30, 2026, broadly unchanged from ₹5,023 crore in Q1 FY26. The company reported a consolidated PAT of ₹73 crore, compared with ₹125 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹291 crore, compared with ₹350 crore in Q1 FY26, while the EBITDA margin declined to 5.8% from 7.0%. PBT stood at ₹90 crore, down from ₹159 crore in the corresponding quarter, with the PBT margin declining to 1.8% from 3.2%.

During the quarter, KEC recorded year-to-date order intake of ₹6,303 crore across its Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Civil, Renewables, Cables & Conductors and Transportation businesses. Its current order book and L1 position stood at more than ₹40,000 crore.

The company also reduced its net debt, including acceptances, by more than ₹150 crore, bringing it down to ₹6,568 crore as of June 30, 2026, from the March 31, 2026 level. Net working capital was reduced to 134 days from 137 days during the same period.

KEC International said its Q1 performance was affected by geopolitical disruptions in the Middle East, labour shortages and calibrated execution of water projects due to delayed payments. The company expects these challenges to be largely transitory as supply chains normalise and labour availability improves.

The company said it has a tender pipeline exceeding ₹2 lakh crore, alongside its more than ₹40,000 crore order book and L1 position, providing opportunities across domestic and international markets. KEC operates across power transmission and distribution, civil, transportation, renewables, oil and gas pipelines, and cables, with a footprint spanning more than 110 countries.
