Meritus expands distribution network with Cameron Welding and Buckeye Welding partnerships

US packaged gas distribution network Meritus Gas Partners has partnered with industrial gas distributors Cameron Welding Supply and Buckeye Welding Supply.

Cameron Welding Supply is based in Stanton, California, and operates four locations. The company is led by Joe Churilla, who will remain in his role as President and hold an equity ownership stake in Meritus.

Churilla said it was important that the company choose a successor that would respect the integrity and culture of the company.

“We know that Meritus, based on its model and track record to date with approximately 30 companies across the US, will be a great steward for our employees and customers.”
