Nippon Sanso to build advanced materials centre for electronics in Japan

Japanese industrial gas company Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation will construct a new facility to develop advanced materials for the electronics industry in Tokyo, Japan.

“At the new building, TNSC will develop new process materials and related equipment, further strengthening our ability to provide solutions to customers’ challenges,” stated the company.

The company did not supply specific details, but the building will likely be geared toward developing and prototyping advanced deposition and materials handling equipment such as MOCVD reactors and related gas/precursor delivery and purification systems.
