Sineng Electric Secures CEI 0-21 Certification for Residential All-in-One Solution

Sineng Electric is proud to announce that its residential all-in-one solution has been officially awarded the CEI 0-21 certification by DEKRA, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services. It affirms the compliance of Sineng’s energy solution with Italy’s grid connection requirements. The certification ceremony was held during Intersolar Europe 2025 in Munich, Germany, and was attended by senior executives from both DEKRA and Sineng Electric, symbolizing a pivotal step in Sineng Electric’s strategy to expand its footprint across the European market.

Sineng’s residential all-in-one solution integrates a 5–15kW three-phase hybrid inverter with high-performance home battery. Utilizing 335Ah automotive-grade blade battery cells, each pack contains six high-capacity cells and is equipped with DC/DC modules for optimized system balancing. To ensure around-the-clock safety, the system undergoes a comprehensive series of tests—including module puncture, cell puncture, and fire safety tests. Its modular architecture allows for up to four battery packs per rack (25.6kWh) and four racks in parallel. With a rapid 10-millisecond off-grid switching capability, it guarantees an uninterrupted power supply during outages. Engineered for durability, the solution features IP65 protection rating, ensuring reliable operation in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The CEI 0-21 standard sets the technical criteria for connecting low-voltage electrical systems to the Italian public grid, with an emphasis on safety and grid stability. Obtaining this certification required rigorous evaluation to verify the solution’s performance and adherence to grid standards.

“This achievement underscores our unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality, grid- compliant energy solutions and further strengthens Sineng Electric’s position as a trusted partner in the European renewable energy sector,” said Allen Wang, General Manager of Sineng Global Product Solution Center. “We are excited about the opportunities ahead in Italy and across Europe, and we remain dedicated to supporting the region’s transition toward a sustainable energy future.”
