SPCG Public Company Limited reported strong financial results for the third quarter of 2025, recording a 23% year-on-year increase in sales and service revenue and confirming an interim dividend payment to shareholders.

The company posted 449.5 million baht in sales and service revenue and 72.7 million baht in net profit for Q3 2025, reflecting growth of 23% and 3% respectively compared to the same period last year. SPCG has set the ex-dividend date for November 28, 2025, with dividend payments scheduled for December 12, 2025.

According to Dr. Wandee Kunchorayakong Juljarern, CEO of SPCG, the company generated and distributed 78.8 million units of solar power in Q3, a decrease of 5.3 million units from last year. Despite the decline in production — attributed to the expiration of the Adder subsidy periods for all 36 solar farm projects — SPCG maintained stable financial performance due to the strong momentum in its solar rooftop installation business across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

For the first nine months of 2025, SPCG recorded a total solar power generation volume of 268.3 million units, generating 1,372.4 million baht in revenue and 305.5 million baht in net profit.

The company expects its Q4 2025 performance to improve year-on-year, supported by increased electricity production from its solar farm portfolio and continued demand in the rooftop solar market. SPCG also noted that it is actively exploring new investment opportunities in solar power plant projects to support long-term growth.

During the Board of Directors meeting held from November 1–3, 2025, SPCG approved an interim dividend of 1.50 baht per share, totaling 1.583 billion baht, drawn from retained earnings. The company emphasized that its strong liquidity and financial stability allow it to reward shareholders while sustaining capital needed for future expansion.
