Sungrow Unveils Next-Gen Solar and Storage Innovations at Intersolar Europe 2025

Sungrow, a global leader in PV inverter and energy storage solutions, is set to make a major impact at Intersolar Europe 2025, taking place from May 7–9. At this leading international solar industry event, Sungrow will unveil its comprehensive portfolio of clean energy products and intelligent digital solutions.

The portfolio features cutting-edge developments in PV and energy storage technologies, along with AI-powered software solutions. Sungrow will also introduce several new products aimed at setting industry standards, along with an Augmented Reality (AR) tool that provides an engaging and immersive way to showcase its product lineup to customers.

Shawn Shi, President of Sungrow Europe, emphasized that Intersolar represents one of the most valuable opportunities for the company to engage with the wider solar industry. He expressed anticipation for productive discussions, noting the rapid pace of change in the renewables sector. According to Shi, Sungrow’s innovative solutions and services are helping to drive progress in this dynamic landscape. He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to advancing the energy transition across Europe and beyond, in collaboration with trusted partners, in pursuit of its mission: Clean power for all.

Comprehensive Energy Storage Portfolio

Sungrow will showcase its extensive battery storage portfolio, featuring the award-winning 5MWh PowerTitan 2.0 liquid-cooled energy storage system and the newly launched 257kWh PowerStack 255CS. Both solutions offer superior efficiency, scalability, and reliability, along with reduced operational and maintenance costs. Complementing these are the SBR and SBH batteries, tailored for residential and C&I applications. When integrated with Sungrow’s digital platforms and localized services, the entire battery lineup delivers enhanced safety, convenience, and performance in energy storage.

Scalable Solutions for Utility-Scale and C&I Installations

Among the highlights, Sungrow will present its iF Design Award-winning 1+X 2.0 Modular Inverter for the first time in Europe. This innovative solution offers a highly flexible configuration range—from 800 kW to 9.6 MW—by connecting up to 12 units in parallel, making it adaptable to a wide range of applications and project requirements. Additionally, on the event’s opening day, Sungrow will launch a new hybrid string inverter specifically developed for commercial and industrial use.

AI-powered Software for Energy Management

Effective data and digital infrastructure management is essential for renewable plant operators. At Intersolar, Sungrow will showcase its advanced software solutions—iHomeManager and iSolarCloud—highlighting their ability to integrate seamlessly and optimize energy use for greater cost efficiency. iHomeManager enhances self-consumption and centralizes home energy management, while iSolarCloud’s new Dynamic Tariff feature leverages proprietary AI technology to intelligently control energy usage and facilitate smart electricity trading.

Other highlights at the booth:

  • The full portfolio of microinverters (450-1600W) is designed for enhanced efficiency of renewable energy-supported homes.
  • Interactive lab for showcasing O&M capabilities.
  • AR tool for customers to visualize the different products on their own mobile devices.

Sungrow EV Charging Solutions at Power2Drive

Recognizing the rising significance of electric mobility, Sungrow will also take part in the adjacent Power2Drive exhibition, where it will present a comprehensive portfolio of EV charging solutions ranging from 11 kW to 480 kW, covering residential, commercial, and public use cases in both AC and DC formats. On the first day at 11 a.m., the company will debut a cutting-edge ultra-fast charging device, underscoring its dedication to pushing the boundaries of EV charging technology.

Sungrow’s team of experts will be available at booths B3.310 – B3.410 at Intersolar and B6.109 at Power2Drive to share insights on the latest industry trends and showcase their newest innovations.
