Waaree Energies Supplies 132.5 MWp Solar Module Order from Radiance Renewables, Advancing Corporate India’s Renewable Energy Transition

Waaree Energies Limited, India’s largest manufacturer of solar PV modules with an installed capacity of 13.3 GW, announces a successful partnership with Radiance Renewables Pvt Ltd., securing a major order in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) segment for manufacturing and supply of high-performance 132.5 MWp N-Type Topcon solar modules. The advanced 575/580 N-Type Topcon modules incorporated for this project are designed to maximize energy efficiency and output, ensuring optimal performance even in diverse environmental conditions.The order was received in July 2024 and supplied in December 2024.

This solar project by Radiance Renewables, led to the offset of approximately 202,826 tons of CO2 annually, directly contributing to India’s climate action goals while promoting cleaner air and a healthier environment for generations to come. This carbon offset is equivalent to planting about 8.4 million trees, showcasing the profound environmental impact of expanding renewable energy adoption.
