WattPower Signs Deal With Solarium Green Energy To Expand In Madhya Pradesh And Maharashtra

WattPower, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with Solarium Green Energy Limited to accelerate the adoption of solar power in the states of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. The collaboration is particularly focused on supporting the objectives of the KUSUM scheme, a government initiative aimed at promoting solar energy for agricultural use and strengthening rural electrification. As part of this initiative, Solarium has been appointed as WattPower’s Value Added Partner, marking a significant step in expanding decentralized solar infrastructure across high-potential regions.

The partnership aims to deliver modular, high-efficiency solar solutions specifically designed for farmers and small enterprises. These segments are often underserved but stand to gain considerably from reliable and sustainable energy systems. By leveraging Solarium’s strong regional presence and operational capabilities, WattPower intends to ensure seamless deployment and effective last-mile connectivity for its technology offerings. This on-ground collaboration is key to overcoming logistical and implementation challenges typically associated with rural electrification projects.

WattPower has consistently focused on engineering solar systems that are not only high-performing but also resilient in remote and challenging terrains. Their systems are designed with features such as grid compatibility, high system uptime, and long-term operational reliability. By aligning its technology with the goals of the KUSUM scheme, WattPower seeks to contribute meaningfully to enhancing agricultural productivity and ensuring energy security in rural communities.

Divya Prakash Choraria, CEO and Co-Founder of Wattpower, stated, “Our long-standing association with Solarium has now evolved into an official alliance/ structured collaboration and we are pleased to take this next step together. Given the immense market potential in states like Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, we are confident that this collaboration will strengthen our efforts to expand access to sustainable energy across India’s agricultural heartlands. Solarium’s strong on-ground capabilities and regional expertise make them an ideal partner to help us drive last-mile implementation and deliver reliable solar solutions to rural communities.”

Speaking on the collaboration, Ankit Garg, Founder and CEO of Solarium Green Energy, said in a statement, “WattPower emerged as the preferred partner during project execution, owing to the technological superiority and reliability of its products. We take pride in contributing our local expertise to support this collaboration and are confident that, together, we can make a meaningful impact in advancing solar adoption in high-potential markets.”

This partnership reflects WattPower’s broader commitment to accelerating India’s clean energy transition. Through scalable technologies, localized partnerships, and community-focused initiatives, the company aims to deliver a long-lasting impact in advancing renewable energy adoption at the grassroots level.
