Jinko Solar Empowers the Next Generation: Training Future Leaders in Sustainable Energy & Signing Strategic MoU with Al Hussein Technical University

In a decisive step toward fostering sustainable innovation, Jinko Solar recently concluded a dynamic Training Week designed to educate and empower young minds to lead the future of solar energy. This two-days intensive program brought together passionate students from the German Energy Academy in Jordan and Al Hussein Technical University for an in-depth exploration of photovoltaic (PV) technology and energy storage solutions.

Jinko Solar’s training initiative focused on the theme: PV Modules & Energy Storage:
Technology, Reliability, & Solutions. Over 18 hours of rigorous sessions, participants deepened their technical understanding of cutting-edge solar PV technologies and emerging trends in the global renewable energy market. The training also tackled real- world challenges in solar energy projects,from system design and reliability improvement to reducing technical risks and optimizing performance at commercial and utility scales.

Through 18 hours of immersive learning, our Jinko experts including Mohammed Saady, Head of Technical Services; Yasser Zaidan, Senior Sales Manager; Edgard Abou Kheir, Technical Services Manager; and Hamza Smadi, Technical Manager ESS, shared invaluable insights on our world class PV& ESS technologies.

By bridging academic theory with industry expertise, Jinko Solar empowers young talents not just to understand solar energy but to lead its future innovations.

As a meaningful conclusion to the training week, Jinko Solar proudly signed a strategic MoU with Al Hussein Technical University in Jordan (HTU) This strategic MoU marks the beginning of a powerful collaboration focused on advancing technical education, driving innovation, and accelerating Jordan’s clean energy transition.
