Oswal Energies Receives First Hydrogen Electrolyser From Greenzo Energy For ₹320 Cr Green Hydrogen Project

Oswal Energies Ltd. has received its first 1 MW electrolyser stack from Greenzo Energy India Ltd., marking the beginning of its ₹320 crore Green Hydrogen initiative. This delivery signals the operational launch of a 20 MW Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) project aimed at supplying green hydrogen to the chemical and fertiliser sectors.

Over the next 12 to 18 months, the project will commission multiple hydrogen production plants with capacities ranging from 0.5 MW to 5 MW. These plants will be based on Greenzo Energy’s advanced, locally developed electrolyser technology, which is designed for efficient and reliable hydrogen production.

Mr. Ratan Bokadia, Managing Director of Oswal Energies, stated, This electrolyser delivery is more than a shipment—it’s the foundation of a national energy transformation. Our vision blends sustainability with self-reliance, and through this partnership with Greenzo, we’re empowering industries with low-carbon solutions.”

Mr. Sandeep Agarwal, Managing Director of Greenzo Energy, said in a statement, “Our dispatch to Oswal Energies highlights the growing strength of India’s green manufacturing ecosystem. We are proud to support India’s energy goals with cost-effective, locally made hydrogen solutions.”

The partnership highlights Greenzo Energy’s growing presence in India’s green hydrogen ecosystem. With an order book of over ₹1800 crore, the company is already delivering high-efficiency electrolyser systems to clients in India and the Middle East. This collaboration combines Oswal Energies’ project development and execution capabilities with Greenzo Energy’s technology and manufacturing strengths. Together, they are helping to position India as a key player in the global green hydrogen market, supporting the country’s transition towards clean and sustainable energy solutions.
