Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. has reported financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, highlighting strong commercial progress and strategic investments.

During the quarter, BEP secured contracts to deliver an additional approximately 4,300 GWh of annual generation and signed a landmark Hydro Framework Agreement with Google to provide up to 3,000 MW of hydroelectric capacity in the U.S. The company committed or deployed up to $2.6 billion (approximately $1.1 billion net) toward expanding its portfolio of critical, large-scale baseload assets.

BEP also advanced its asset recycling program, with approximately $1.5 billion (approximately $400 million net) in expected proceeds generated since Q2 began, providing capital for reinvestment. Liquidity ended the quarter at approximately $4.7 billion, bolstered by the issuance of C$250 million in 30-year hybrid notes at record-tight spreads in Canada.

Additionally, BEP successfully executed a €6.3 billion (approximately $7 billion) project financing for Polenergia’s offshore wind development in Poland—the largest project financing in its history.
