Exxon Held Secret Talks With Russia’s Rosneft, WSJ Reports

(Reuters) – A senior Exxon Mobil executive discussed with Russia’s Rosneft this year about returning to the Sakhalin project if the U.S. and Russia gave the green light as part of a Ukraine peace process, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the discussions.
