JinkoSolar Announced Key Decisions From 2024 Annual General Meeting

JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd., a global leader in solar module manufacturing, announced today that all resolutions proposed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) were successfully passed by shareholders. The meeting, held earlier in the day, focused on key governance decisions critical to the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.

Among the resolutions approved, shareholders re-elected Mr. Xianhua Li and Mr. Steven Markscheid as directors of the company. Additionally, the appointment of Mr. Gang Chu as an independent director was ratified, along with his re-election to the board. The meeting also confirmed PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP as the company’s auditors for the fiscal year 2024, with the directors authorized to determine their remuneration.

Furthermore, the shareholders empowered the company’s directors to take any necessary actions to implement these resolutions, ensuring smooth governance and operational continuity. These decisions are expected to reinforce JinkoSolar’s leadership in the global solar industry while upholding its commitment to transparent and effective governance.
