Before joining General Atlantic, Mr. Tietz spent 27 years at Ernst & Young (EY), including over 15 years as the Managing Partner of EY Israel. Prior to becoming Managing Partner, he led the High-Tech Cluster at EY Israel from 2000 to 2007, advising and mentoring numerous Israeli tech founders and CEOs. Mr. Tietz is the Chairman of the Friends of Sheba Medical Center and plays a key role in advising Sheba’s management on innovation and transformation.
