US industrial giant Honeywell has won a contract to supply integrated liquefied natural gas (LNG) pretreatment and liquefaction solutions for Commonwealth LNG’s planned export facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
A supply agreement was signed between Honeywell and engineering, procurement, and construction contractor Technip Energies, which is leading the project.
Under terms of the deal, Honeywell will supply single-mixed refrigerant liquefaction process technology, and six modularised coil wound heat exchangers.
Honeywell’s technology will support the production of around 9.5 million tonnes per annum of LNG in the US, if the project goes ahead.
