Remote tank telemetry solutions firm Anova has announced a partnership with private equity firm Aurora Capital Partners as it looks to scale its asset monitoring platform and expand its global reach.
Anova currently monitors over 1.8 million assets for more than 2,000 customers across over 80 countries. Its platform is used to remotely monitor tanks and other industrial assets across multiple sectors.
The company described the partnership as a new chapter in its growth.
Matthew Toone, CEO of Anova, said Aurora Capital Partners’ experience in scaling technology-enabled industrial businesses makes it a strong partner.
