Premier Energies Limited has secured orders worth ₹4,001 crore during the July–September quarter of FY2026-27, covering solar cell and module supplies as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) project execution.
The orders were received from major power producers, solar module manufacturers, EPC companies and other customers. They include supplies of 2,308 MW of solar cells and modules, along with EPC project execution contracts. The order inflow excludes orders from the retail market segment.
The company’s latest order wins come as it expands its solar manufacturing capabilities. Premier Energies has nearly doubled its total solar module manufacturing capacity to 11.1 GW, while its solar cell manufacturing capacity has increased from 3.6 GW to 10.6 GW.
The increase in solar cell capacity follows the commissioning of a 7 GW TOPCon solar cell manufacturing facility last month at Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh.
Commenting on the development, Chiranjeev Saluja, Managing Director of Premier Energies, said the growing order book reflects the company’s growth strategy and execution capabilities. He noted that customers in India’s solar market increasingly demand manufacturing scale, bankability and advanced technology.
Saluja added that Premier Energies, as an integrated solar manufacturer, is positioned to meet customer requirements across different market segments.
The latest order inflow strengthens Premier Energies’ business pipeline as India’s solar sector continues to expand, supported by growing demand for domestically manufactured solar cells and modules and the development of renewable energy projects.
